We inform you that the election of the following Coordinator of the Study Course have been announced:

• Master Degree in Landscape Architecture. Land Landscape Heritage (MI);
• Master Degree in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design (PC);
• Master Degree in Architectural Design History (MN);
• Master Degree single cycle in Building Engineering/Architecture (LC);

ACTIVE ELECTORATE
The Course of Study Coordinator is elected by the members of the Course of Study Council (faculty and student representatives, if any) from among the faculty members of the Council who submit their candidacy. Lecturers are defined as, first-rank and second-rank professors and researchers (university researchers, including fixed-term researchers) of the University, who hold teaching positions within the CCS.

PASSIVE ELECTORATE
Electoral eligibility is reserved for faculty members who ensure not less than the number of years of service prior to termination of service. Elections are conducted by secret ballot. Each voter has the right to vote for no more than one name. The participation of at least one-third of the eligible voters is required for the elections to be valid. In case of invalid elections, the elections shall be repeated only once and shall be valid regardless of the number of voters. The person with the highest number of valid votes shall be elected. In the event of an equal number of votes, seniority in terms of age shall be taken into account.

POLLING STATION
Elections will be held electronically. Prompt information on voting arrangements will be given by e-mail.

Voting operations begin at 9:00 a.m. on 3.12.2024 and continue interruptedly until 3:00 p.m.
Polling operations shall begin at the close of voting.

The vote is valid if at least 1/3 of the eligible voters vote. If there is no quorum, the election will be repeated on 5.12.2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

SUBMISSION OF NOMINATIONS
Candidates who wish to propose their candidacy should fill in and submit the nomination form and attach the election program. The required documents must be sent, for the attention of the Electoral Commission, to the Secretariat of the Presidency of the School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering by noon, Monday, 18.11.2024, by e-mail to the e-mail address: presidenza-auic@polimi.it, indicating in the subject line the name of the Course of Study of candidacy (signing digitally).
 

The public debate for the presentation of the candidates' programs will be held in mixed mode according to the following schedule, in attendance and by videoconference by connecting to the Microsoft Teams platform at the following addresses:

RESULTS OF VOTING AND PROCLAMATION OF THOSE ELECTED
The Chairman of the Election Commission shall declare voting results.

Voting records shall be transmitted immediately, upon completion of the balloting operations and, in any case, no later than 24 hours, to the General Management - Staff Service General Affairs and Institutional Regulations to issue the appointment measure.
