The Politecnico di Milano offers students of the School the opportunity to participate in high quality international projects, based on common programmes and agreements with many partner institutions and welcomes, on the same principle, European and non-European students for one or two semesters (Erasmus Programme - Bilateral Non-EU Agreements).
The School promotes short mobility activities for study and Double Degree with 250 of the most accredited international universities.
The international mobility is supported both by the Politecnico and the European Union with a scholarship, which varies from year to year.
In order to participate in short and double degree international mobility, students must apply through the calls for International Mobility, published periodically on the Politecnico website and on the AUIC School website.
For students who are not selected for international mobility but still wish to develop a thesis abroad, there is the possibility of financial support through the "thesis abroad" grant published on the website of the Politecnico di Milano.
In addition, the Erasmus+ for Traineeship Programme allows you to carry out an internship (replaceable to the compulsory internship, or as an optional internship or post-graduate internship) in Europe for a minimum duration of 2 months through a scholarship funded by the European Commission.
Incoming students are enrolled in other schools and participate in the exchange program with the Politecnico, in the various Territorial Poles.
Outgoing students are enrolled at the Politecnico and will attend a period of study at a partner university abroad.
