What is the Trouble Ticket and why should it be used?

The School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering has activated the system of contact and management of requests - Trouble Ticket.
The Trouble Ticket is a request for reporting a problem that every student can send, by clicking on one of the listed typologies, without time limitations.

The service is in fact operational 24/24 (problem solving is done during office hours).
Responses are notified via e-mail to the institutional e-mail address.
Tickets that have been closed, or are still being resolved, can be consulted in "My requests" from the personal page of On-line Services.
